At the very least if you can't get it to run at native 4k, you should be able to get it to run in 4k DSR by enabling the 4x DSR Factor in NCP. Mileage may vary, but the game was made to play at native 4K on the Xbox One X, so I don't see why it shouldn't on PC. The changes 4A Games have made, though, are striking.
